Cloud top altitudes from ~7 days before the current date to ~2 hours before the current time are derived from cloud top altitude and cloud optical depth. Only clouds with optical depth > 1 are included (https://satcorps.larc.nasa.gov/prod/Himawari-FD/visst-grid-netcdf).
The cloud top atitude with optical depth threshold is plotted over ACCLIP region and regridded into 0.25°x0.25°. The plots are generated by ~1 UTC time each day, and movies of cloud top altitude with optical depth threshold from ~7 days before the current time (UTC) to ~2 hourly before the currnt time are generated.
